Essential Oils for Detoxification


Almond oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, wheat oil, etc., are some of the carrier oils. Carrier oils help the essential oils to get absorbed in the body. You can easily find these carrier oils in the market.

The essential oils enter the bloodstream through the pores on the skin, and are carried to different parts of the body with the help of the circulatory and lymphatic system. These oils can be used in a massage or detox bath.

List of Essential Oils and their Detoxifying Effects.

Following are some of the essential oils with their detoxifying effect on the body. ◉ Lemon: It is well-known for liver detoxification. It also boosts the immune system by stimulating white blood cells which helps in fighting against infections.
